  4. Asset Purchasers. As we develop our business, we may buy or sell assets, and, depending upon the transaction, your personally identifiable information may be one of the transferred assets. In the event that we are acquired by another company, your personal information may be part of the assets transferred to the acquiring party.

Security

Removing Your Personal Information

Miscellaneous


Waiver and Severability of Terms
. The failure of AllTruth to exercise or enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision. Any waiver of any provision of these Terms will be effective only if in writing and signed by AllTruth. If any provision of these Terms is found by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, the parties nevertheless agree that the court should endeavor to give effect to the parties’ intentions as reflected in the provision, and the other provisions of these Terms remain in full force and effect.

Choice of Law and Forum
. This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Washington, excluding its conflict of law provisions. You and AllTruth agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts of King County, Washington.

Jurisdictional Issues
. The Service is controlled and operated by us from the United States, and is not intended to subject us to the laws or jurisdiction outside the United States. We do not represent or warrant that the Service, or any part thereof, is appropriate or available for use in any other jurisdiction. Those who choose to access the Service do so on their own initiative and at their own risk, and are responsible for complying with all local laws, rules and regulations. We may limit the Service's availability, in whole or in part, to any person, geographic area or jurisdiction we choose, at any time and in our sole discretion.
