Calin Washington
Co-Founder, CTO, AllTruth
Calin Washington is a Co-Founder and the CTO of AllTruth, and the CTO of the Soul Focused Group. Calin received his BMS in Computer Science from Cal Poly San Luis Obispo in 2018 and works as a Software Engineer at Microsoft. Along with his software background, Calin has several years of experience in SEO, content/email/social media marketing, and learning & development. Calin has been involved in social justice and community organizing work since the age of 7 and has had a long-time goal of using technology to help make more wide-reaching and transformational changes in the world. Calin also has a black belt in Taekwondo, is an AAU Basketball coach/trainer, and is a proud husband and father.
Anuar Velazquez
Advisory Board Member, AllTruth
Anuar is a facilitator at AllTruth and a first generation immigrant. At a young age, Anuar moved to the United States with his parents and siblings from a border town in Mexico. Since his teenage years, Anuar wanted to become a Police Officer. Ultimately, Anuar served two different communities as a Police Officer for almost 10 years. As a Police Officer, Anuar had experienced working toward social justice by community organizing and advocating for healing the breach between communities of color and the Police. With experience as a K-9 Officer, School Resource Officer and Hostage Negotiator, Anuar connected with people from all backgrounds with all different experiences.
As a School Police Officer, Anuar worked with the youth through a mentorship role and continued to work on creating more equitable outcomes in the education system. In 2020, Anuar left his Police career and pursued a Masters in Education with a focus in School Counseling. Anuar became a School Counselor working with high schools in Central Indiana as he continues to advocate for social justice. Anuar is also a facilitator for the Soul Focused Group. As a facilitator, Anuar has had the opportunity to meet people from all over the nation. Through this work, Anuar has worked on his own racial trauma healing along with allowing others to heal in their own journey as well. Anuar highly believes in healing traumas to ultimately create a healthier r version of oneself.
Whitney Keyes
Advisory Board Member, AllTruth
Currently leads a consulting firm with a focus on strategic partnerships and communication. She was appointed as one of 15 women to serve on the National Women’s Business Council advising the President, Congress and Small Business Administration on issues impacting women in business. Whitney has received several grants from the U.S. State Department to empower women leaders and social entrepreneurs in Asia and Africa and received the Small Business Administration’s Women in Business Champion of the Year Award for Washington State. Whitney is the author of Propel: Five Ways to Amp Up Your Marketing and Accelerate Business (Career Press). She’s taught courses at numerous colleges and schools around the world and earned an MBA in Social Enterprise Leadership and an undergraduate degree in communication and journalism.
Whitney began her career managing her family’s art business and leading the local merchant association. Her passion for entrepreneurship and community engagement led her to work for the City of Tacoma’s Economic Development Department where she helped manage the Neighborhood Business District Revitalization Program, advocating for hundreds of small businesses across the city. She went on to work at Microsoft where she managed global marketing campaigns, including the launch of Office 2000, an $8 billion business. She helped create some of the company’s first global Corporate Social Responsibility initiatives and philanthropic programs including Unlimited Potential.
Addition leadership roles include Creative Services Director for a public affairs firm advising American Express on programs for women leaders and market research for a new digital payment platform. Whitney was also Director of Communication for the King County Prosecuting Attorney’s Office, overseeing strategic communication to over 2 million people about criminal justice and diversity, equity and inclusion initiatives. She recently served as Executive Director of Seattle CityClub, a 40-year-old nonprofit supporting democracy by providing access to civic information and leaders ranging rom WA State Attorney General and Governor to Indigenous youth advocates.

Stephany Ashley
Content Co-Creator, Lead Facilitator, AllTruth
She is a writer, facilitator, strategist and advocate living in the San Francisco Bay Area. Her life’s work is focused on reducing the immediate suffering caused by poverty, stigma and criminalization, while inspiring people to believe that another world is possible and initiating new models for society that act on that belief.
She is the former Executive Director of the St. James Infirmary, an Occupational Health & Safety Clinic serving current and former sex workers, and former Campaign Manager of Tipping Point Community’s Chronic Homelessness Initiative, which sought to cut chronic homelessness in half in San Francisco. In addition she helped establish the first LGBT homeless shelter in the country. Most recently, she served as Northern California Director of Housing Services at Brilliant Corners, where she helped to launch the Flexible Housing Subsidy Pool, which aims to end homelessness for 1,000 San Franciscans utilizing existing market rate housing.
She currently serves as a Lead Trainer for the Soul Focused Group, as Chair of the Board of the Transgender, Gender-variant, and Intersex Justice Project, and as Content Co-Creator and Facilitator for AllTruth.
Tirza Barnes
Content Co-Creator, Lead Facilitator, AllTruth
Tirza is the CEO of Tirza Motivates, LLC., a people development, employee training, and leadership consulting company that partners with individuals, corporations, and nonprofits across diverse industries to provide training, development programs, coaching, interactive workshops, and keynote speaking.
With over 25 years of experience, Tirza has trained, consulted, and coached thousands of for-profit and nonprofit professionals.
She performs organizational change initiatives and develops strategies to strengthen program design and services. She also creates and conducts workshops on various topics that improve employee performance and increase engagement, including group dynamics, wellness in the workplace, DEI, unconscious racial bias, and its effects.
Tirza is a master facilitator who fosters a climate of trust, safety, transparency, and commitment to group formation. As co-creator of the Human Connection Technology System and content strategist for AllTruth, LLC, she encourages self-introspection and diversity of thought in team leadership work.
Her methodology is based on the development of conscious caring leaders who are self-aware and cognizant of their influence, strive to be innovators who practice free thinking, and focus on solutions and innovation. Tirza encourages this way of operating in the workplace to boost individual and collective productivity, resulting in a thriving organization that fulfills priorities and achieves objectives.

Berwick Mahdi Davenport
Co-Founder, Lead Facilitator, AllTruth
Mahdi Davenport is a Co-Founder of AllTruth, and the CEO of The Soul Focused Group. He is also a lead executive coach of One Soul Circle LLC. He is one of this nation’s top human connection training consultants and is nationally recognized as an expert on diversity, leadership, and organizational change. Mahdi brings over thirty years of experience as a practicing executive coach and antiracist organizer, facilitator, and spiritual teacher. He was also a core-trainer/consultant with the People’s Institute for Survival and Beyond for more than 20 years, facilitating the Undoing Racism workshop. Mahdi’s primary focus has been and continues to be facilitating human connection that helps people recover and heal from racism and other forms of mental and emotional trauma. Above all, Mahdi is the loving father of three beautiful daughters who are constantly educating him about the world that is to come.
Daniel Jahn
Daniel Jahn is a Co-founder and CEO of AllTruth, Inc. Prior to his current role he founded and sold a business called Maximum Sports Conditioning which focuses on the athletic development of young athletes. He also served as the director of operations for Scientific 710, a company that builds biomass extraction equipment. In addition, he served as a sports performance specialist and business consultant for Volt Athletics, a SAAS dedicated to providing online athletic strength training.
In his volunteer work, he has served on several nonprofit Boards focused on the development of black youth and strengthening the black family, along with several school-based racial equity teams. He was a member of the National Strength and Conditioning’s Diversity Taskforce, the National High School Strength Coaches Unity Team and a founding participant in the Groundbreakers program focused on the mentorship of black and brown boys. He’s presented several times nationally on issues of race in the performance training field, as well as consulted with schools and companies on their diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) work. Most recently he helped facilitate human solidarity workshops with the Soul Focused Group. Together with his family, he helped found the David Jahn Memorial Sailing Scholarship Fund to provide opportunities for the youth of color to sail. He is deeply committed to the mission and vision of AllTruth and believes its model to be the true path to racial unity and equity.

Dustin Washington
Co-Founder, Lead Facilitator, AllTruth
Dustin is a Co-Founder of AllTruth as well as the Chief Operating Officer and Senior Consultant for The Soul Focused Group. Dustin has over 25 years of experience as a Racial Equity educator and social change leader. His work is grounded in the integration of social justice consciousness and spiritual consciousness. Dustin has facilitated Racial Equity and Leadership Development workshops all across the world including at The National School of Anthropology in Mexico City, The Nobel Laurette Summit in Warsaw, Poland and at The World Social Forum in Brazil. Dustin is also the Co-Director of The Human Solidarity Project, a sponsor for Adult Children of Alcoholics, basketball coach, martial artist, writer and poet. With unparalleled passion and dedication, Dustin serves his community as a brilliant and creative teacher, facilitator, spiritual life coach, and friend. He is the father of three incredible boys – Calin, Dominick, and Elijah.
Martina Tam
Content Co-Creator, Lead Facilitator, AllTruth
Martina Tam is a full spectrum family physician, mother, sister, partner, daughter and Lead Facilitator with The Soul Focused Group LLC. After graduating from the University of Washington’s Medical School, Martina trained at Kaiser Permanente in Seattle, , where she worked to elevate the consciousness of racial bias in the residency program, transforming the recruitment process. She now works at the Puyallup Tribal health authority, and lives in Tacoma with her family.
Martin Friedman
Co-Founder, Lead Facilitator, AllTruth
Martin Friedman is a Co-Founder of All Truth LLC as well as the Director of Strategic Initiatives and a Senior Consultant for the Soul Focused Group. With 30 years of experience in the field of DEIB and Racial Equity work in both Systems and Community, Martin is putting all of his energy and focus into the development of a healing-based approach to ending racism and facilitating a return to natural solidarity with ourselves and each other. Martin worked as a social worker for 25 years and was a part of many DEIB initiatives both inside of systems and the co-founder of numerous racial equity focused groups based in community including 10 years as director of a race and social justice initiative at an organization with over 350 employees. Martin was a core trainer with the People’s Institute for Survival and Beyond and a senior trainer with the Racial Equity Institute. Martin was a 15 plus year volunteer inside of the Washington state Penitentiary system and ran a nationally recognized transitional housing facility for people coming out of prison and reuniting with their children. Martin has worked nationally on issues of antisemitism, Jewish racial identity and the intersection with racism and other oppressions. Martin is a husband, uncle, godfather and grandfather.
Kari Annand
Board Member, AllTruth
Kari Annand is a technology lawyer based in Bellevue, Washington. With over 15 years in private practice, Kari specializes in the intersection of law and technology, with experience navigating technology agreements and counseling clients on general intellectual property, marketing, copyright, internet, privacy, machine learning/artificial intelligence and e-commerce issues. Kari’s clients include start-up, mid-size and multinational software and service companies in a large number of verticals, including enterprise software, consumer products, video games, healthcare, and publishing. Kari received her J.D. from Stanford Law School and a B.A. in Writing at The Johns Hopkins University. In addition to her professional work, Kari is passionate about social issues and promoting diversity and equality in the workplace and beyond. Her hobbies include traveling, exercising, hiking and spending time with her husband and beloved "super mutt," Tulip.
Conrad Bayer

Conrad Bayer served as co-founder & CEO of Tellwise, (acquired by ZoomInfo Technologies LLC) a leading communications platform altering how organizations communicate with customers, prospects and partners. Before Tellwise, Conrad was the General Manager of Identity & Access at Microsoft where he was responsible for all engineering, road mapping and delivery of Microsoft Active Directory. Before Microsoft, Conrad was the Chief Technology Officer of Alacris Inc., the developer of the idNexus Digital Certificate and Smart Card Management System acquired by Microsoft in 2005. Before Alacris, Conrad was the Vice-President of Network Engineering at The Exocom Group.
Conrad holds a Bachelors Degree in Computing Science from Queen’s University.
Chantel Prat
Advisory Board Member, AllTruth
Dr. Chantel Prat is a Professor at the University of Washington with appointments in the Departments of Psychology, Neuroscience, and Linguistics, and at the Institute for Learning and Brain Sciences. Her interdisciplinary research investigates how variable brain designs combine with our lifetime of experiences to shape the unique way each person understands the world and operates in it. She is a recipient of a Pathway to Independence Award from the National Institute of Health, and the Tom Trabasso Young Investigator Award from the Society of Text and Discourse. Her first book, The Neuroscience of You, was nominated for a Washington State Book Award and was featured in The Next Big Idea Club. Prat speaks internationally at events like The World Science Festival, and on National Public Radio, and her work has been featured in a variety of media including the documentary I Am Human, and in articles appearing in Scientific American, Rolling Stone, Popular Mechanics, and Travel + Leisure.
Nicholas Harvey

Dr. Nicholas Harvey is a social impact coach and voice committed to creating an infrastructure for diversity, equity, inclusion, belonging, and justice through leadership development and policy change serving as the Principal and CEO (Chief Empowerment Officer) of Nicholas Harvey Consulting in Atlanta, GA and the founder of Inclusive Leaders Academy.
As a Coach, Consultant, & Strategic Adviser he uses his nonprofit and public policy expertise to help social purpose leaders, across sectors, to achieve their missions for positive change and justice. Nicholas is the principal and CEO (Chief Empowerment Officer) of Nicholas Harvey Consulting, an executive coaching and management consulting practice devoted to co-creating empowered individuals and organizations for societal impact and a more just world.
He is also the architect of NQCLUSIONETICS™ (pronounced inclusion-etics), a proven transformational strategic advisement process for advancing equity, civil rights, racial justice, and equal opportunity. He also co-developed the Cultural Competency in Coaching Framework which assists executive leaders, coaches, and managers to engage others in a culturally appropriate manner. Nicholas is a credentialed member of the International Coaching Federation (ICF) and a Qualified Administrator of the Intercultural Development Inventory and the Intercultural Conflict Style Inventory.

Nwando Anyaoku

Dr. Nwando Anyaoku is a physician executive, speaker, coach and consultant based in Seattle, Washington.
A board-certified pediatrician, Dr Anyaoku serves as VP and Chief Health Equity officer for Providence Swedish Health Services. Working closely with clinical and community leaders, she leads efforts in advancing equity in healthcare and the delivery of culturally competent care, with an emphasis on technology and digital innovation. She is an experienced executive and physician leader with expertise in clinical and business decision making. Dr Anyaoku is faculty at Carnegie Mellon University Master of Medical Management program. As a strategic advisor and consultant, she not only specializes in health equity, but also provides leadership development and supports physicians and executives in every aspect of their leadership journeys, including career reimagining and strategic planning.
Dr. Anyaoku received her medical degree from the University of Nigeria. She had her residency training in pediatrics and served as chief resident at the Children’s Hospital of New Jersey. Dr. Anyaoku holds an MPH from the Johns Hopkins Bloomberg School of Public Health and an MBA from the University of Washington Foster School of Business.
Dr. Anyaoku is best known for her strong commitment to helping people and communities thrive and bloom where they are planted. When she’s not coaching and supporting medical leaders or speaking at conferences and special events, Dr Anyaoku serves as an active board member for several regional and national boards of directors. Dr. Anyaoku is a proud mother of two boys and an avid reader, traveler and cook.

Mike Bomar
Advisory Board Member, AllTruth
Mike Bomar was appointed Director of Economic Development in May 2018. His responsibilities include leading port economic development strategic planning; implementing appropriate initiatives and projects for the port district and Clark County; providing strategic leadership on transportation planning; seeking public and private partnership opportunities to achieve cargo growth and new industrial business, and; developing and maintaining strategic partnerships in the community.
Mike previously served as president of the Columbia River Economic Development Council (CREDC) for more than four years. Prior to joining CREDC, Mike served as the executive director of the Southwest Washington Contractors Association for three and a half years and spent six years with the Building Industry Association of Clark County in their governmental affairs department.
Mike currently serves on several professional and nonprofit organization boards, including the Greater Portland Inc. Board, Ridgefield Main Street Board (Chair), and the Washington Economic Development Association Board (Past Chair). He also serves on the Port of Vancouver’s Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Committee.
Mike holds a master’s degree in Public Affairs from Washington State University Vancouver and a bachelor’s degree in Political Science and Communications from the University of Washington.
Mike is a long-time Southwest Washington resident and currently resides in Ridgefield with his wife Audri and their three children. In his free time, he enjoys coaching baseball, running, and hiking with his family.

Cat Cuevas (she/her)

Cat Cuevas (she/her) is the Senior Director of People and Culture at Unify Consulting. She brings 20 years of strategic and tactical experience in Organizational Development, Leadership, Learning & Development (L&D), and People Operations, including developing global programs, systems, partnerships, and frameworks that yield broad, dramatic impact. She's known as a strategist who brings leadership teams together through joy while eradicating complex roadblocks and fostering equity and belonging. Cat is a diplomatic mentor and catalyst of personal, political and systemic change - something she accomplishes through building deep and broad relationships, earning the trust of diverse stakeholders across industries, companies and teams. She received her MA in Leadership and Organizational Development, and a MA in International Peace and Conflict Resolution. Cat resides in Tacoma - the traditional lands of the Cayuse, Umatilla, Walla Walla and Puyallup peoples - with her husband Jerome and kitty Harley Barracuda. Cat enjoys west coast swing dancing, gardening, the performing arts and writing elaborate descriptions for wines for fun.
Stephanie Gardner
Advisory Board Member, AllTruth
With more than 20 years of advocacy work for diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging (DEI&B) across multiple sectors, Dr. Stephanie Gardner is a champion for organizational change. Her transformational work has influenced educational programs and policies at multiple levels including K–12, postsecondary education, workforce development, state and federal agencies, and community-based organizations. Her personal story and intersecting self-identity as a woman of color have cemented her resolve and passion for ensuring educational access, career success, and economic mobility for those who have been historically and continually minoritized and marginalized in the U.S.
Stephanie's diverse experiences have enhanced her approach to complex problem-solving in dynamic environments—with a focus on coalition building and stakeholder engagement to create solutions through data and research. She approaches her work through an equity and justice lens to connect and collaborate with communities that are most impacted by policies and practices.
Her current work focuses on improving the quality and accelerating the pace of complex problem-solving in higher education and workforce development. As a Partner at Sova, she manages a suite of national projects that focus on strategic planning, process improvement, adaptive change leadership, network management, research, process mapping, implementation support, and DEI&B through Sova Equity Impact.
Her academic journey started at Seattle Central College where she was a transfer student. She now holds a Doctorate and a Master’s degree in Educational Leadership and Policy and a Bachelor’s degree in Communications from the University of Washington (Seattle). Her doctoral research focused on diverse students in STEM with an emphasis on ecosystems, fixed-growth mindsets, and academic mindsets. She also holds certificates from Harvard University’s College of Education, Management Development Program and a certificate from the University of South Florida’s Muma College of Business in Diversity, Equity and Inclusion in the Workplace.
Stephanie currently resides between Seattle, Washington, land of the Coast Salish People, specifically on Duwamish (dxʷdəwʔabš) Land and the Washington D.C.-Northern Virginia Metro area which is home to over a dozen tribes and nations including the Pamunkey, Chickahominy, Chickahominy Eastern Division, Upper Mattaponi, Rappahannock, Monacan, Nansemond, Cheroenhaka (Nottoway), Patawomeck.

Dan Giuliani

Dan is the Co-Founder and CEO of Volt Athletics, which is a SAAS designed to provide strength programs to its users. He was named a top 25 consumer HealthTech Executive in 2020 and has built Volt’s user base to over 1.7 million in 150 countries. Volt was voted the Best Employers in Sports by Front Office Sports as well as one of Seattle’s Best Companies to Work For by Seattle Magazine. Dan is a founding member of the Rolling Stone Culture Council and taught Sport Performance at the University of Washington for five years. He has his Masters in Sport Administration and Leadership from Seattle University and earned his bachelors in Government from Colby College.
